We are delighted to announce the appointment of Nick Jennett as the new Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Reload Greece. Nick was appointed Chairman this month, having held a Trustee role on the Reload Greece Board since May 2018. Previously Nick was Deputy Director General at the European Investment Bank (EIB), with responsibility for Greece and as Director of the New Products Department at EIB, he was responsible for the Bank’s equity funds portfolio.
The breadth and depth of Nick’s experience in corporate finance, funding and innovation, make him the ideal candidate for the role as Chairman of Reload Greece. Nick, who takes over from George Houpis, comments: “It’s an enormous honour to be asked to chair RG, particularly following in the footsteps of George Houpis who has done such a fantastic job in building our team, activities and reputation. In my time on the Reload Greece Board, I’ve enjoyed seeing what our amazing staff, mentors, partners and supporters have been able to achieve. Now I’m excited about helping to take RG to the next stage of development. Now more than ever there is need to help establish the next generation of young entrepreneurs, and I’m going to give my best to engage an expanding RG community in this crucial work.”
